At The Nailise Group, we are committed to providing high-quality credit education and credit improvement services. Because our services involve customized work, analysis, and delivery of digital information, our return and refund practices differ from those of physical product businesses.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations, refunds, and service dissatisfaction.

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Physical Services

The Nailise Group provides digital services, consulting services, and credit improvement services, which are not physical goods.
As a result, there are no returns or exchanges of products.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of credit repair services—which include time, labor, and customized document creation—all sales are considered final once service has started.

A refund may only be issued before any work has begun, and only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The client has completed onboarding requirements (if applicable)

  • The client has submitted a written cancellation request within 3 business days of purchase

  • No credit audit, dispute letter, consultation, or service actions have been performed

If work has already begun, no refund will be issued, regardless of client action or outcome.

3. 3-Day Right to Cancel (Federal Requirement)

Under the Federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your contract without penalty or obligation within 3 business days of signing your agreement.

To exercise this right, a cancellation notice must be:

  • Delivered in writing, and

  • Sent by email to: Support@thenailisegroup.com

  • Within 3 business days of signing

If you cancel during this window and no work has been performed, you may receive a refund.

4. Results Not Guaranteed

The Nailise Group does not guarantee specific credit scores, credit outcomes, deletions, or approvals.
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to achieve desired results

  • Changes in personal financial situation

  • Inability to complete requirements

  • Lack of cooperation or non-responsiveness

  • Failure to provide documents or access to credit reports

5. Subscription Plans / Recurring Payments

For recurring billing or monthly service plans:

  • Cancel anytime with 7-day written notice prior to the next billing date

  • No prorated refunds for partial months of service

  • Failure to cancel before the next billing date results in the charge being processed as scheduled

6. Digital Products

All digital products, templates, e-books, and downloads are:

  • Final sale

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-exchangeable

Access to digital products is granted immediately after purchase; therefore, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Submitting a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered fraudulent and may result in:

  • Account termination

  • Collections actions

  • Reporting to credit bureaus, if allowed by law

We have the right to provide documentation to dispute chargebacks.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond to communication in a timely manner

  • Maintain active credit monitoring (if required)

  • Follow recommendations for best results

Failure to comply may limit service effectiveness and does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

9. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client:

  • Abuses staff or systems

  • Fails to pay for services

  • Commits fraud or misrepresentation

No refund will be issued in these cases.

10. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request service cancellation or review for refund eligibility, contact us in writing:

  • Full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Service purchased

Refund requests will be evaluated within 10 business days.

11. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, restrict accounts, or terminate services if a customer is found to be:

  • Systematically requesting refunds

  • Filing chargebacks without cause

  • Engaging in abusive or fraudulent behavior
