We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. No Warranty or Guarantee

We work diligently to support your credit goals, but we cannot guarantee specific results, including:

  • Score increases

  • Deletions

  • Approvals

  • Timeframes

Credit outcomes depend on multiple factors outside of our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

To receive the best possible results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete information

  • Maintain active credit monitoring (if required)

  • Respond to communications promptly

  • Follow recommendations provided

Failure to cooperate may limit results and does not qualify for refunds.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be completed on time

  • Late or declined payments may result in service suspension or termination

5. Refunds & Cancellations

All refund policies are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which includes:

  • 3-Day Right to Cancel, as required by CROA

  • No refunds once services have started

  • No prorated refunds

6. Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed without attempting resolution are considered fraudulent.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide documentation of services performed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Abuse staff

  • Submit false information

  • Use services for illegal purposes

We reserve the right to terminate services if needed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, documents, templates, and materials are owned by The Nailise Group.
You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute them.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
